Problem

Genesa, a guesthouse with a restaurant near Timișoara, cooks a new menu every weekday. Posting it on Facebook every morning, watching for new orders and taking bookings by phone ate into every day, and third-party delivery apps kept the margin.

Solution

One Payload admin for the menu, orders, rooms and events. The owner enters the week’s menu once. Every night, AI generates photos of the next day’s dishes, and in the morning the menu posts itself to Facebook, with the whole week on Mondays and a fresh printable menu. Orders are paid by card through Stripe and appear live on a kitchen dashboard; if nobody picks one up, an SMS goes out. If next week’s menu is still incomplete on Sunday, the owner gets an SMS reminder. Rooms and events have their own calendar views in the admin.

Results

Live at genesa.ro. The daily posting and the order follow-up run on their own; the owner’s only routine job is entering next week’s menu.
