Problem
Plastmach sells three very different things to three different buyers: PVC and aluminium window-processing machinery, Vorne hardware, and plissé nets and glazing systems. One catalogue for all of them served none of them.
Solution
Three storefronts with prices in the open. Plastmach and Windowland share one Payload CMS instance with per-storefront content; Vorne runs as its own Next.js site. The client edits products, prices and pages without a developer. For Vorne’s catalogue, a spreadsheet with dropdowns that match the shop’s fields, so the owner types products in once and they import in one go; for the move to the new site, a redirect map so old links keep working.
Results
All three domains are live and kept up to date by the client.
