Problem

Small businesses lose hours to work a computer could do: retyping supplier PDFs, translating a shop one product at a time, sending campaigns by hand. A full app would cost more than the problem.

Solution

Short tools, each built for one job. For a spare-parts shop, a desktop app that turns supplier PDF catalogues into Excel sheets ready for upload. For an online shop, its whole WooCommerce catalogue translated from French to German with DeepL, straight in the database. For Plastmach, SMS campaigns to thousands of contacts, split into A/B groups by company size and tracked with campaign links.

Results

Each tool replaced a manual job: no more retyping, translating or sending one at a time.
